There's a moment in every crisis where the plan falls apart and all you have left is the people around you. I've been in that moment more times than I can count, leading humanitarian teams across earthquakes, conflict zones, and the challenges of organisational restructures. What I took away from all of it is simple: connection is everything.

Now I coach leaders who are navigating their own version of that moment. The career crossroads, the identity shift, the real question of what actually matters to me? I bring curiosity, warmth, and a belief that our differences are where the richest growth happens.

When COVID hit, I found myself in quarantine two weeks before my wedding, working on research where children told us they were afraid of their parents going back to work. That finding stayed with me and became Lockdown Hair, a children's book about resilience and agency. Half-Swedish, half-Singaporean, based in Switzerland, married during a pandemic. I've never done things the conventional way.
