Endings & New Beginnings

Before people can move forward, they need to process what's ending. This phase creates space to acknowledge what's happened, honour what's been built, and begin to let go. Participants work through their values in this new phase of life and find closure with each other.

Finding Their Words

Using the SCOPE Framework: a structured competency mapping tool developed from working with people in some of the most demanding professional transitions in the world, participants identify their transferable skills and learn to communicate them to new audiences. They practise telling their story in a supportive group environment, finding language that resonates beyond their current sector.

Stepping Forward

Everything comes together. Participants apply what they've learned to real-world outcome: updated CVs, repositioned LinkedIn profiles, interview confidence, and the kinds of questions to ask prospective employers. They leave ready.

Homework and reflection exercises between sessions keep momentum going. This isn't a one-off workshop, it's a structured journey.
