Purposeful Futures was born from a shared conviction: lasting transformation happens when people undersatnd why they do what they do.
Linda Steinbock
Founder, Touching Distance
10+ years leading teams through high-stakes change across multiple continents and sectors. EMCC certified coach, published author, half-Swedish, half-Singaporean. Linda spent her career in environments where plans fall apart and all you have left is the people around you. She brings that into everything she does now: creating space for honesty, building trust across difference, and helping leaders find the courage to show up as themselves when the pressure says otherwise.
Agnieszka (Aga) Pociecha
Founder, A-Purpose
15+ years driving transformation, process optimisation, and people strategy across large multinational organisations. Fluent in English, French, and native in Polish. Aga has seen first-hand the gap between organisations that treat purpose as a slogan and those where it genuinely shapes decisions. She brings strategic clarity, calm execution under pressure, and a deep belief that improvements only last when people actually embrace them.
Between us, we've worked across corporate, nonprofit, social enterprise, and international organisations. We created this space becausse the conversations that matter most don't belong to any one sector.
